Present: Spencer LaBarge-Chair, Reg Beliveau Jr., Harold Garrett, Jennifer Yandow-Members, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant, Chris Hatin, Colton Hatin, Christian Jablonski, Bonita Fish

Zoom: No Attendance

Absent: Jim Pratt-Member, Amy Giroux-Zoning Administrator

  1. Call to Order

Mr. LaBarge called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

  1. Agenda Review

Mr. LaBarge reviewed the agenda, read the definition of interested persons, swore in all applicants, board members and members of the public.

  1. Meeting Topics:

DRB-29-2024: Chris Hatin

            DRB-35-2024: Bonita Fish

  1. #DRB-29-2024: Chris Hatin request for final plat approval for a 3-lot

subdivision located at 93 Donaldson Road in the R1/Agricultural Residential district.

Mr. Jablonski said the new mylar has been cleaned up as the board requested. The trees on Rustic Walk have been trimmed back as requested to improve the sight view. Mr. Jablonski said the septic/wastewater permit is pending with the State.

Mr. Garrett asked for clarification on a mound easement. Mr. Jablonski said the mound is a forced main for the duplex currently being built.

  1. #DRB-35-2024: Bonita Fish request for boundary line adjustment located at

82 County Road in the R1/Agricultural Residential district.

Mr. Jablonski said Ms. Fish straightening the line between the two lots, making it more conforming.

  1. Minutes of September 26, 2024

Ms. Yandow made a motion to approve September 26, 2024, draft minutes as written, seconded by Mr. Beliveau. Motion carried.

  1. Any Other Necessary Business

Mr. LaBarge signed 3 Mylars.

  1. Deliberative Session

Mr. Garrett made a motion to enter deliberative session at 6:16 pm, seconded by Ms. Yandow. Motion carried.

Mr. Garrett made a motion to exit deliberative session at 6:20 pm, seconded by Mr. Beliveau.  Motion carried.

  1. Mr. Beliveau made a motion to APPROVE DRB-29-2024: Chris Hatin request for final plat approval for a 3-lot subdivision located at 93 Donaldson Road in the R1/Agricultural Residential district APPROVED as warned pending the Zoning Administrator to receive the final State approved septic permit, seconded by Mr. Garrett. Motion carried.
  1. Ms. Yandow made a motion to APPROVE DRB-35-2024: Bonita Fish request for boundary line adjustment located at 82 County Road in the R1/Agricultural Residential district as warned, seconded by Mr. LaBarge. Motion carried.
  1. Adjournment

Ms. Yandow made a motion to adjourn at 6:22 pm, seconded by Mr. Beliveau. Motion carried.
