Present: Spencer LaBarge-Chair, Jim Pratt, Reg Beliveau Jr-Members, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant

Absent: Harold Garrett, Jennifer Yandow

1. Call to Order

Mr. LaBarge called the meeting to order at 3:45 pm.

2. Agenda Review

Mr. LaBarge reviewed the agenda and swore in board members.

3. Meeting Topics

1. Amend DRB -39-2024 Swanton Recreation request for a variance to place a storage container located at 16 Jewett Street in the CLI/Commercial Light Industrial District motion from December 12, 2024, Meeting.

Mr. Beliveau a motion to amend DRB-39-2024, seconded by Mr. Pratt. Motion carried.

Mr. Pratt made a motion to amend DRB-39-2024 Swanton Recreation request for a variance to place a storage container located at 16 Jewett Street in the CLI/Commercial Light Industrial District to reduce the setback from 15’ to 11’ based on Section 9.4 Variances Item (4) that the variance, if authorized, will not alter the essential character of the neighborhood or district in which the property is located, substantially or permanently impair the appropriate use or development of adjacent property, reduce access to renewable energy resources, nor be detrimental to the public welfare, seconded by Mr. Beliveau. Motion carried.

4. Adjournment

Mr. Pratt made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:48 pm, seconded by Mr. Beliveau. Motion carried.
