6:30 p.m.

Present: Ed Daniel-Chair, Ross Lavoie-Vice Chair, Oliver Manning, Heather Buczkowski-Members, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant, Corey Parent

1. Call to Order

Mr. Daniel called the meeting to order at 6:36 pm.

2. Agenda Review

Mr. Daniel reviewed the agenda.

3. Review minutes of February 28, 2024

Mr. Manning made a motion to approve February 28, 2024 draft minutes as written, seconded by Ms. Buczkowski. Motion carried.

4. Elect new Chair and Co-Chair

Postponed until full board is present.

5. Land Use & Development Regulations Review

Mr. Parent reviewed article 4 with the board. No changes were made, sections were reviewed with discussion of what is currently allowed in each section.

6. Next Planning Commission meeting date

March 27, 2024

April 10, 2024

April 24, 2024

8. Any Other Necessary Business

None

9. Adjournment

Mr. Manning made a adjourn at 8:07 pm, seconded by Mr. Lavoie. Motion carried.
