Monday, May 15, 2024

Town Office Building

1 Academy Street, Swanton, VT

6:30 p.m.

Present: Oliver Manning-Vice Chair, Heather Buczkowski, Ed Daniel, Amy Giroux-Zoning Administrator, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant, Corey Parent

1. Call to Order

Mr. Manning called the meeting to order at 6:38 pm.

2. Agenda Review

Mr. Manning reviewed the agenda.

Mr. Daniel requested flowers be sent to Mr. Robert Manning’s wife, Ms. Giroux will take care of this.

3. Review minutes of April 24, 2024

Ms. Buczkowski made a motion to approve April 24, 2024, draft meeting minutes as written, seconded by Mr. Daniel. Motion carried.

4. Land Use & Development Regulations Review with the Development Review Board

Mr. Parent said they have reviewed the bylaws and now will go over the edits discussed in each article again with what the Planning Commission wanted for edits. They reviewed Article 1 Authority & Purpose & Article 2 Zoning Districts & District Standards.

5. Next Planning Commission meeting date

June 5, 2024 & June 12, 2024

6. Public Comment

None

7. Any Other Necessary Business

None

8. Adjournment

Ms. Buczkowski made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:06 pm, seconded by Mr. Daniel. Motion carried.
