6:30 p.m.

Present: Ross Lavoie-Vice Chair, Oliver Manning, Andy LaRocque, Heather Buczkowski-Members, Corey Parent, Amy Giroux-Zoning Administrator, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant

Absent: Ed Daniel-Chair

1. Call to Order

Mr. Lavoie called the meeting to order at 6:33 pm.

2. Agenda Review

None

3. Review minutes of October 11, 2023

Ms. Buczkowski made a motion to approve October 11, 2023, draft minutes as written, seconded by Mr. LaRocque. Motion carried.

4. Land Use & Development Regulations Review

Mr. Parent with Planning Commission members reviewed section three of bylaws.  

Planning Commission members discussed having a joint meeting/discussion with the Development Review Board members in the future to discuss their concerns with current bylaws.

5. Set the next Planning Commission meeting date.

Mr. Manning made a motion to adjourn at 8:02 pm, seconded by Mr. LaRocque. Motion carried.
