Present: Ed Daniel-Chair, Ross Lavoie-Vice Chair, Heather Buczkowski, Andy LaRocque, Oliver Manning-Members, Amy Giroux-Zoning Administrator, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant, Corey Parent

1. Call to Order

Mr. Daniel called the meeting to order at 6:39 pm.

2. Agenda Review

Mr. Daniel reviewed the agenda, the members had nothing to add.

3. Review minutes of November 15, 2023

Mr. Lavoie made a motion to approve November 15, 2023 meeting minutes as written, seconded by Mr. LaRocque. Motion carried.

4. Land Use & Development Regulations Review

Mr. Parent with Planning Commission members continued reviewing section three of bylaws. This is just a review of the districts no changes were made.

5. Set next Planning Commission meeting date

January 10, 2024

January 24, 2024

February 7, 2024

February 21, 2024

6. Public Comment

None

7. Any Other Necessary Business

None

8. Adjournment 

Mr. Lavoie made a motion to adjourn at 7:58 pm., seconded by Mr. Manning. Motion carried.
